This notice covers conferencecad.com, the website for ConferenceCAD, a product of Stolz Telecom. It explains what the site collects when you visit or ask for a demo and what we do with it.

The demo request form

When you ask for a demo we collect what you type into the form: your name, organization, email address, phone number if you give one, the name of your conference, its expected attendance, and anything you write in the message box. We use it to reply to you and to set up the demo. The form is delivered to Stolz Telecom by email through Cloudflare and kept in our mailbox. We do not sell it, add it to marketing lists, or share it with anyone other than the service providers named here.

Checking that you are a person

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and your network address to make that call and handles them under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We never see a puzzle result beyond pass or fail.

Analytics and logs

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views without cookies and without following you across other sites. Cloudflare and our own server also keep short-lived request logs, including your network address and browser type, for security and to limit abuse of the form.

Cookies and storage

The site sets no cookies of its own. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. Turnstile may set a cookie of its own while it runs.

Conference sites run on ConferenceCAD

Each organization that uses ConferenceCAD runs its own conference site on its own domain, and that organization is responsible for the registrations, payments, and other information collected there. Look for the privacy page on that site. This notice covers conferencecad.com only.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what you sent through the form at any time. Reply to any email from us, use the demo request form, or reach Stolz Telecom through stolztele.com.

Children

This site is for conference organizers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
